Event Dates

We guarantee to ship your items on the date mutually acknowledged in writing when you finalize the order.

While we guarantee to ship your merchandise on or before a specific date, you should be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise even if you are reimbursing us for shipping costs. All merchandise is shipped FOB which means that you own the merchandise when it leaves our factory.

Product Satisfaction

Please note that we encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order a bulk quantity. Virtual samples are representative in nature and in certain instances there may be slight variations in the product you receive. These variations are always minor and can vary in exact product color, die-lots for apparel but in our experience, this is rarely a problem. 

We guarantee our printing and decorating to bet decorated the same as your emailed proof.  Everything we sell is customized and of no value to anyone but the buyer. We do not replace products because the customer changes art or logo after placing the order or changes their selection once the order process has begun.
